The Road and Traffic Administration (RTA) is evaluating proposed route maps submitted by Bugo tricab drivers seeking regulated access to Puerto and the National Highway.
Bugo TRICAB President Armando Villaflor noted that required documentation submitted over a year ago remains under study by the office of Councilor Enrico Salcedo.
Villaflor urged city traffic authorities to regulate rather than prohibit low-cost transport options, highlighting that fuel-efficient tricabs provide essential daily transport for commuters and local market vendors.
