Human rights lawyer Atty. Dino De Leon raised many questions about the school’s minimum security measures following the Tacloban shooting.
He asked how students managed to bring firearms inside and how security personnel responded to the incident. He also stressed the need to examine why so many lives were lost.
While the investigation continues, De Leon urged the public to avoid making judgments based on current circumstances and instead wait for the official results from the Tacloban City Police Office.
