Task Force Road Clearing Co-Chairman retired Police Major Sebastian Balagot Chua Jr. warned that clearing operations will proceed without exception across the city starting today, in compliance with City Ordinance No. 10551-2007.
Chua reiterated that the mayor’s directive is straightforward: any unauthorized obstructions along sidewalks and primary thoroughfares will be promptly confiscated and impounded.
He appealed to residents and business owners to comply with public space regulations to support urban development and mobility.
Chua added that team members will strictly enforce the ordinance against non-compliant property owners.
