He observed that automation driven by these technologies is accelerating workforce reductions, particularly within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and call center sectors.
Furthermore, Monceda warned users against clicking unverified links, noting how easily AI tools are leveraged to generate deepfakes and automated phishing schemes designed to extract personal data.
