United Drivers Association (UNIDA) President Joel Gabatan reminded public utility drivers in Cagayan de Oro to provide exact fare change to passengers to prevent disputes following recent fare adjustments.

Gabatan urged drivers to exercise patience and honesty to avoid public complaints and penalties from regulatory agencies such as the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) and the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA).

He emphasized that maintaining professional conduct protects drivers’ livelihoods during challenging economic conditions.
