Joaquin Buenaflor, National Convenor of Youth Rage Against Corruption, announced a nationwide mass protest set for September 21 to demand full accountability for government flood control project anomalies.
Buenaflor asserted that political resignations, including that of former Speaker Martin Romualdez, are insufficient without comprehensive criminal prosecution of involved contractors, government signatories, and corrupt officials.
He stated that the youth coalition will march to demand the full recovery of missing public funds.
