“There’s no threat to speak about!” This is the firm stance of Atty. Raymond Batu, legal counsel for the DDS Sara All Confederation, regarding the allegations facing Vice President Sara Duterte.
The lawyer explained that the Vice President’s statement was merely a figure of speech meaning that whatever is done to her, she will return in kind, so there is nothing to worry about.
Furthermore, Atty. Batu pointed out that connecting this statement to “inciting to sedition” is merely a product of imagination and should not be considered a serious threat.
He concluded that since there was no intention to harm anyone, the accusations have no basis.
