President Bongbong Marcos received a grade of four from the Alliance of Advocates of Federalism in the Philippines for his four years of leadership, ahead of his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasang Pambansa this afternoon.
Lawyer Nazir Ynawat, national president of the alliance, said he expects Marcos to tackle corruption issues, particularly the flood control scandal in which former House Speaker Martin Romualdez has reportedly been charged by the Ombudsman.
Ynawat stressed that Marcos must take decisive steps against poverty and corruption if he wants to regain public trust.
