President Bongbong Marcos himself should directly address the flood control project corruption scandal, according to Magnifico Domingo, chairperson of the Bunyog Party Mobilization and Advocacy, ahead of Marcos’ fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) this afternoon.

Speaking to Bombo Radyo CDO, Domingo noted that while some active and former senators have been jailed, the controversy has had a clear impact on the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte.

For the group, the administration’s anti-graft and corruption campaign will not be credible unless Marcos takes accountability and confronts the issue head-on.
