MSU 4 Palestine Lead Convenor Asmana Umpat noted that equal seat totals between the United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) and the Bangsamoro Peoples Party (BPP)—with each securing 31 seats—will force major regional coalitions.
Umpat pointed out that smaller factions, such as the Bangsamoro Grand Coalition (BGC), hold pivotal swing votes necessary to establish a functional parliamentary majority in the regional assembly.
