CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY- Philippine’s Commission on Elections (Comelec) confirmed over dxIF-Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro that the printing of ballots are now done in connection of the upcoming 2019 midterm elections on May 13,2019.

According to Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez,some of the printed ballots will be shipped out effective next week especially to the far flung areas in the country.

Jimenez said that Comelec is still in their target timeline however they need to send early those election parapahernalia due to some considerations because of security concerns.

The Comelec said that there are more than 60 million registered Filipino voters that expected to participate in the conduct of

election on May 13.

Currently,Comelec is busy facilitating the millions of Filipino workers who availed the overseas absentee voting across the world since lastweek
