It is easy to accuse and file complaints, but proving them in court is difficult. This is the major challenge for the prosecution, according to former lawmaker and Mayor Atty. Constantino Tinner Jaraula.
In an interview with BOMBO RADYO, Jaraula said that amid the ongoing exchange of accusations between different camps, he calls on the public to wait for the formal hearing where the truth can be properly determined.
He also encouraged the people to listen carefully to the responses against the arguments and allegations, as this is where one can weigh whether a person is truly guilty of the cases being faced.
