CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Konsumentang Kagay-Anon Inc. President Marlon Libot criticized the management of revenues by NPC and PSALM.
He said NPC earned huge revenues in recent years but these were returned to the national government instead of being used for plant rehabilitation.
He insisted the revenues should be allocated to repair power sector equipment.
