Atty. Franklin M. Quijano revealed that while Senator Rodante Marcoleta is prepared to confront national issues, his group and church have raised strong reactions over the matter.
He challenged the public to reflect on whether these problems are merely personal hurdles for the senator or symptoms of a larger crisis facing the Filipino nation.
Quijano stressed that if these are societal issues, they must be taken seriously as they stem from unjust and distorted governance.
He further pointed out that ongoing injustices and signs of what he described as “creeping martial law” are among the country’s greatest challenges today.
For him, these developments should serve as a wake-up call for citizens to be vigilant, concerned, and not deaf to the truth.
