The Center for Youth Advocacy and Networking Inc. (CYAN) urged stronger collaboration among the youth, communities, and government to confront the growing challenges faced by young people today.

In an interview with Bombo Radyo, project officer Mark Alcazar said there is no single solution to these problems, stressing that participation from all sectors of society is essential. He highlighted the need to support mental health interventions in schools and communities, backed by increased government funding to strengthen youth programs.

Alcazar also underscored the importance of expanding policies such as comprehensive sexuality education to address rising cases of teenage pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and other sexually transmitted diseases.

He encouraged a whole‑of‑government approach where education stakeholders and the youth themselves are involved in planning and implementing solutions from the grassroots level up to the wider community.
