The Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan (PDP–Laban) stated that the claims and affidavits made by Ramil Madrillaga against Vice President Sara Duterte may simply be a diversionary tactic meant to draw public attention away from more pressing national issues.
According to PDP–10 Regional Council President Engr. Rodolfo Pancrudo, the public should not immediately accept allegations without clear and independent evidence, especially when they come from a witness already facing controversies.
The party emphasized that the series of affidavits and statements against the Vice President must undergo proper scrutiny to determine their credibility.
PDP–Laban urged the public to remain critical and avoid hastily believing information that, in their view, may be used to divert focus from more important matters in government.
