Major Alguem Basig, Civil Military Operations Officer of Task Force Oro, reminded students especially those in college to exercise caution and responsibility when joining organizations and community immersion activities.
He stressed that some groups involving youth must be carefully examined to avoid participation in unclear or potentially harmful undertakings.
Basig emphasized that community immersion should remain a tool for learning and serving communities, not a path toward confusion or negative influence.
He added that ongoing information drives in schools, in partnership with teachers and parents, aim to safeguard young people.
Task Force Oro’s call is for students to stay vigilant and choose activities that foster a brighter future and personal growth, rather than those that could mislead them into wrongdoing.
