Acting 4th Infantry Division Commander Brigadier General Seigfried Tubalado formally accepted the responsibilities and ongoing programs handed over by retired Major General Michelle Anayron.
Taking on the heavy task, Tubalado pledged to remain steadfast against threats to national security, especially given the wide jurisdiction of the 4ID.
He assured that initiatives started under Anayron’s leadership will be sustained, while also focusing on the possible regrouping of armed groups operating across the boundaries of Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, and the Caraga Region. Tubalado emphasized that vigilance and continuity are key to maintaining peace and stability in these areas.
