The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has served a subpoena to vlogger and social media personality Jack Argota at his residence in connection with allegations that he circulated a falsified medical record of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. Argota had earlier posted the document on his Facebook account, prompting the NBI to investigate.
Acting NBI Director Lito Magno previously confirmed that a subpoena was likely to be issued over the matter.
In response, Argota publicly acknowledged receipt of the order and even expressed gratitude to the NBI for delivering it, as the case now moves forward under official inquiry
