CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Patay ang suspek human misukol sa mga otoridad sa pagsilbi sa iyang warrant of arrest (WOA) sa Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte.
Giila ang suspek nga si Demetrios Fuentes, hingkod, residente sa maong dapit.
Samtang miduol ang arresting team ug basahan sa iyang WOA, kalit kining mibunlot sa iyang armas ug namusil.
Walay samaran sa kampo sa mga pulis human misukol ang suspek.
Gidala pa sa ospital ang suspek apan wala na kini naluwas sa mga doktor sa Kapatagan Provincial Hospital.
Nakahiagom sa igo-pinusilan sa ulo ang suspek.
Narekober sa iyang posisyon ang mga musunod:
1 Cal.. 38 revolver without serial number with 3 live ammunition on the cylinder
-1 fired cartridge of Sam ammunition
-2 misfired ammunition
-2 fired cartridges of Cal. 9mm pistol
-1 small vicks container contained with 4 sachets of suspected shabu
-1 color orange disposable lighter
-1 P50 bill with SN 60877
-4 pcs 1peso coins .
