Executive Secretary Ralph Recto emphasized that the government’s aid distribution is part of a national program and not limited to Batangas.
Speaking at the “Sa Batangas, Bawat Bayan Makikinabang” event on April 24, 2026, Recto dismissed claims suggesting health issues involving President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. He assured the public that the President is in good condition and continues to lead government initiatives.
Recto underscored that the program represents a national commitment free from political bias, and will be implemented across the entire Philippines.
