“If there is security in anti-terrorism, there must also be security in child protection,” said Kyle Chester Javier Cotacte of the Oro Youth Development Council.

He explained that despite age restrictions on gaming platforms, oversight remains weak, allowing children as young as 10 to play alongside adults aged 18 to 42.

Cotacte emphasized the need for stronger government regulation to protect minors from potential dangers in the online world.

He urged the creation of a more robust security mechanism to safeguard children against harmful internet influences.
