CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines – A walkie-talkie explosion killed nine people and injured 300 others, in Sidon, Lebanon.

Hezbollah officials confirmed the incident occurred in the Southern port city.

Meanwhile, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported another explosion in Sohmor, Beqaa Valley, which killed three people.

Yesterday, Beirut experienced a devastating attack where hundreds of pagers exploded, resulting in 12 deaths and over 2,800 injuries.

Hezbollah has accused the Israeli government, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, of orchestrating these new types of assaults.
