Gi-abiso ni Assistant Ombudsman Mico Clavano nga lig-ong gisupak sa mga piskal ang mosyon ni kanhi House Speaker Martin Romualdez nga magpabilin sa hospital.
Matod ni Clavano: “The prosecutors will strongly oppose the motion. In fact, the prosecutors will ask that not just one doctor but a team of government doctors assess whether or not the illnesses declared need confinement or can be managed outside of the hospital.”
Kung makita nga ang iyang sakit mahimong matambalan bisan wala sa ospital, ipangayo sa mga piskal nga dali siyang ibalhin sa regular nga detention facility sama sa ubang akusado sa mga kaso nga mahimong makapiyansa.
